About us :
We’re a YC-founder-run venture studio operating two B2B SaaS products — PowerDialer.ai (AI-powered outbound calling) and SalesRoleplay.app (AI sales training and roleplay) — plus a growing portfolio of sister properties. We run lean: one operator with AI leverage does what a five-person marketing team did in 2022.
The role:
You own organic growth end to end across both products. Not one channel — the whole
engine:
1. Product announcements. Engineering ships constantly (new integrations, verticals,
compliance certifications, free tools). You run the pipeline that turns every shipped feature
into updated integration pages, blog posts, marketplace listings, social posts, and customer
emails — within days of ship, not quarters.
2. SEO. GSC audits, striking-distance and CTR-rewrite analysis, internal-linking
architecture, content refresh, programmatic page batches, high-volume AI-assisted blog
production, technical SEO, and LLM visibility (llms.txt, citation share in
ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity). You work a defined priority order — you’ll inherit the roadmap,
not invent it.
3. Social proof. Review-request campaigns to happy customers,
G2/Capterra/GetApp/TrustRadius profile optimization, customer case studies, and
testimonial distribution across every surface that converts.
4. Video & clips. Mining customer calls (Fathom) for aha-moments, turning them into
Shorts/TikTok clips, writing video scripts and briefs, and coordinating the editor who cuts
them.
5. Distribution & reporting. Company social pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok),
Product Hunt and vertical directories, marketplace listing collateral, gated lead-magnet
reports, the free-tool lineup as lead-gen assets, competitive monitoring, and the
weekly/monthly growth report to leadership.
You also coordinate a small contractor bench (Upwork SEO, GBP operator, video editor,
community poster) — you brief and QA them; you don’t do their volume work yourself.
How we work:
- AI-native. Claude is the working surface, not an occasional helper. You inherit a complete skill system: product facts, strategy, brand voice, competitor intel, lessons learned, priority roadmap, contractor briefs, and QA rubrics. Week 1 is reading and applying it — not researching what we sell.
- Founder pace. Concrete reference points: a full GSC audit with query classification and 20 title rewrites is a one-day task. A 200-page programmatic batch ships in 1–2 days. A pillar page is half a day. A vertical launch is a week. You have the same tools the founder does, so the pace expectation is the same.
- Everything tracked in Linear. Weekly cycles, a morning briefing, a 5-line EOD standup, and a Friday proof-of-work post showing what shipped.
- The founder is available for the 5–10 calls per week only they can make — positioning, named-customer approvals, pricing, partnerships. Everything else, you drive.
You’re a fit if:
- You ship with LLMs daily and think in systems, templates, and pipelines — not manual effort
- You have 2+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (PMM, growth, content, or SEO) and can show things you shipped, with numbers
- You write fast and well — announcements, landing pages, review-request emails, video hooks
- You’re comfortable being measured weekly on pace, leverage, independence, and strategy adherence
- You know when to push back with specifics (“this batch needs data we don’t have — cut scope to 20 pages or send the export”) rather than asking for extensions.
You’re not a fit if:
- You need a team under you to execute
- You treat AI as a novelty and default to hand-crafting everything
- You work on agency timelines (a week for an audit, a quarter for a launch)
