About The Role

technology ecosystem spanning ERP, POS, Omnichannel Commerce, Supply Chain, Analytics, and AI-led operational intelligence. We are now building the next generation of retail SaaS under the vision of Ginesys.AI — an AI-
first, cloud-native platform designed to move retailers from systems of record to systems of
intelligence. As we scale this transformation, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who
can bridge product strategy, customer understanding, positioning, GTM execution, and
storytelling into a coherent market narrative. Role Details

About The Role
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to work closely with Product, Marketing
Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to shape how Ginesys products are understood, adopted, and differentiated in the market. This role sits inside the Product Organisation and acts as the connective tissue between:
- Product roadmap and market positioning
- Customer problems and product narratives
- Product releases and GTM execution
- AI innovation and commercial storytelling
This is not a traditional marketing-only role. This is a strategic product-facing role for someone
who understands SaaS products, customer psychology, storytelling, market dynamics, AI-native
product evolution, and commercial growth levers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Define clear positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions for Ginesys products
- Translate complex product capabilities into customer-facing narratives
- Build messaging frameworks across ERP, POS, OMS, Analytics, AI, and Retail SaaS modules
- GTM Strategy & Product Launches
- Partner with Product Managers to drive feature and product launches
- Create GTM plans, launch briefs, rollout strategies, and adoption frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional launches across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Customer & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
- Develop strong understanding of retailer workflows and buying behavior
- Act as the internal voice of the customer inside the product organization
- Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
- Build battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and ROI messaging
- Help sales teams articulate product value during enterprise conversations
- AI-First Product Marketing
- Shape positioning for AI-native capabilities including copilots and automation agents
- Use AI tools to improve PMM productivity across content, research, and GTM execution
- Product Storytelling & Content
- Create compelling product storytelling assets including blogs, release notes, launch
communication, use cases, and customer stories
- Help establish Ginesys as a thought leader in modern retail technology and AI-led commerce
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Growth, or SaaS Marketing
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or product-led technology company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling customer language
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and GTM teams
- Strong market research and competitive intelligence capability
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, and modern AI-first SaaS products
- Exposure to RetailTech, Commerce, ERP, POS, Supply Chain, or Platform products is a plus
