About the Job
Role: Product Marketing Manager - SME Business
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Description
You'll own acquisition, engagement, and retention for our SME business across Parcel, PTL, and International Services. Your output will be data-driven lifecycle programs, targeted campaigns, and growth initiatives that maximize customer LTV, reduce churn, drive service adoption, expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell, and establish Delhivery as the go-to logistics partner for India's SMEs.
What You'll Do:
- Design acquisition campaigns and manage budgets for SME customers across service lines
- Build cohort-based engagement, retention, and reactivation programs for active, dormant, and churned business customers
- Create offer-led programs (discounts, incentives, tailored packages) for specific SME segments and use cases
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to define customer cohorts, map business journeys, and identify growth opportunities
- Develop B2B messaging and value propositions that translate product capabilities into business outcomes
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities for value-added services (VAS) and cross-sell programs across Parcel, PTL, and International
- Track performance metrics (repeat usage, service adoption, revenue expansion, churn) and iterate based on insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing with business goals
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing or lifecycle marketing at B2B platforms or SaaS companies
- Deep understanding of SME customer insights and ability to translate business needs into compelling value propositions
- Creative mindset with genuine passion for building programs that drive customer loyalty and business growth
- End-to-end thinking ability- can see the full journey from acquisition to activation to retention to revenue expansion
- Strong analytical and cohort-thinking ability with experience in B2B segmentation and behavioral analysis
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies and run experiments for optimization
- Proficiency with B2B marketing tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics platforms
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence Product, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling B2B messaging
- Comfortable with data, experimentation, and iteration to optimize campaign performance
