Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Development
- Promote and develop business for assigned semiconductor product lines across company business divisions.
- Identify new customer opportunities and support design-in activities.
- Drive adoption of company-authorized semiconductor solutions within target markets.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new products and technologies.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with OEMs, EMS partners, and system integrators to understand application requirements.
- Act as a bridge between customers, manufacturers, and internal sales teams.
Product Marketing
- Prepare product presentations, solution briefs, and technical promotion materials.
- Conduct product awareness sessions and internal sales enablement activities.
- Support product launches and technology promotions.
Opportunity & Pipeline Management
- Maintain opportunity pipeline and track design wins.
- Support quotation follow-ups and customer engagement activities.
- Contribute toward revenue growth of assigned product portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
- Work closely with semiconductor manufacturers for technical and commercial alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor distribution, electronic components industry, product marketing, or technical sales.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and embedded applications.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Exposure or basic awareness of Defence / Aerospace ecosystem.
- Experience supporting design-in or project-based business environments.
