ABOUT GRAVTON LABS: Gravton Labs is a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers dedicated to shaping the AI economy. As AI and LLMs such as ChatGPT transform customer interactions, our mission is to empower businesses to navigate and succeed in understanding and converting customer journeys. Our platform helps businesses monitor their presence across LLMs, identify new opportunities, enhance visibility, and optimize customer engagement with agentic workflows and scalable, on-brand content. Leveraging custom algorithms, real-world data, and integrations, Gravton Labs provides powerful insights and tools to act on those for ambitious marketers, product managers, and agencies in the AI-first world. At Gravton Labs, we experiment and innovate to develop cutting-edge products that redefine customer journeys in the digital age. Our mission remains to become the operating layer for all customer journeys that originate inside LLMs. Our team blends big tech and startup DNA, with pedigrees from IIT, NIT, and Cornell. This role is your chance to help build the foundation.
ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a high-expectation Product Marketing internship for candidates with exceptional writing skills, a point of view, and the ability to operate independently. You will build Gravton's public voice across written content, LinkedIn, podcast conversations, and industry deep dives. This is not a content-mill role. You will research how AI search actually works, form opinions, and turn them into material that makes marketers and founders stop scrolling. The role targets candidates with strong English communication skills, technical curiosity, and demonstrated interest in content, media, or research through academic work, internships, or personal projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Marketing & Positioning: Develop Gravton's point of view on how AI and agentic search is changing customer journeys. Create messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and go-to-market narratives for content and product. Translate product capabilities into stories that agencies and brand marketers care about. Work directly with the founders to sharpen how we describe what we do.
- Content Creation: Write original, high-quality content, blog posts, one-pagers, and case studies that support the company's positioning and demand generation. Create content that reads like it came from a person who thinks deeply about the space, not from a template. Own the process end to end, from research to publication.
- LinkedIn & Founder Content: Support Tarun, Raoul, and Sagar in turning real moments, customer calls, engineering debates, recurring patterns, into founder-led LinkedIn posts. Draft, edit, and help distribute this content. Run the comment engine that builds relationships with relevant accounts. Track what performs and feed that back into what we write next.
- Podcast: Help build Gravton's podcast from the ground up. Source and prep guests, draft interview questions, sit in on and help run conversations with marketers, agency operators, and SaaS founders navigating AI search. Edit raw conversations into episodes and clips for LinkedIn and other channels.
- Industry Deep Dives: Research and write long-form explainers on how AI search and LLM-mediated buying actually work, grounded in primary sources like Google's own guidance, vendor studies, and Gravton's own data, not secondhand blog summaries. Cover topics like how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity decide what to cite, how buyer behavior differs by vertical, and what separates real signal from SEO hype. These deep dives become the backbone of our LinkedIn, blog, and podcast content.
- SEO / AI / GEO Literacy: Build real fluency in how generative search engines source and cite content. Learn to tell the difference between durable fundamentals (answer-first structure, named sources, fresh and specific content) and short-lived tactics that don't hold up. Apply this thinking to Gravton's own content and, where relevant, to how we talk about it with clients.
- Client Content Support: Work with design partners to understand their content needs and translate Gravton's product capabilities into narratives that make sense for their business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Exceptional English writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create clear, opinionated, well-researched content. Writing samples required, and a LinkedIn post, podcast clip, or deep dive you've written or produced is a strong plus. Genuine interest in how AI search and LLMs are changing how people find and buy things. You should already have opinions on this, not need to be taught them from scratch. Comfort interviewing people and shaping a conversation, even without formal podcasting experience. Strong research skills and the ability to go from a vague topic to a well-sourced, well-argued piece of writing quickly. Independent execution. You can take ambiguous direction, define scope, and ship without being managed step by step. Comfort working in a fast-moving, pre-product environment where priorities shift with customer feedback. Available to join within 1 week and commit full-time for 3 to 6 months. Exceptional performance leads to full-time conversion with competitive compensation, bonus, and equity.
NICE TO HAVE: Experience producing or editing podcasts or video content (Descript, Riverside, or similar tools). A personal LinkedIn presence, blog, or newsletter that shows range and a real voice. Familiarity with SEO, GEO, or how AI search engines source citations. Prior work in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology marketing. Experience supporting client-facing content or B2B product marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL GET: Front-row exposure to how agentic AI is transforming content, discovery, and customer journeys. You will help shape how a category talks about itself. Real ownership of a channel, whether that's the podcast, the deep dive series, or founder LinkedIn content, not theoretical exercises. Mentorship from founders and leaders with experience scaling technical products and go-to-market strategies. A steep learning curve with real ownership and tight feedback loops. Strong experience to signal for future content, product marketing, or media roles. Exceptional performance leads to full-time conversion with competitive compensation.
