About the Role: Most marketing internships teach you how to schedule social media posts. We are going to teach you how to build a market.
At Joveo, we build complex, global tech products that solve massive hiring challenges. But great tech doesn't sell itself—it needs a narrative. We are looking for a Product Marketing Intern to be the bridge between our Product, our Sales team, and our Customers.
If you obsess over consumer psychology, hate fluffy corporate jargon, and believe that the best marketing is rooted in deep user empathy and first-principle thinking, this is your playground.
What You Will Actually Do:
- Translate "Geek" to "Human": Take complex feature releases and translate them into punchy, compelling value propositions. You will write copy that makes our users say, "Wow, I need that."
- Competitive Intelligence: We don't just want to know what our competitors are doing; we want to know how to beat them. You will tear down competitor messaging and help us sharpen our positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Build the ammunition our sales team uses to close deals. This means designing one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks that actually convert, rather than just look pretty.
- Customer Obsession: Jump on calls with users. Figure out what they love, what confuses them, and why they buy. You will turn these insights into actionable feedback for our product team.
- GTM Execution: Support the Go-To-Market strategy for new features and supply channels we are building from scratch in our R&D labs.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You are an Obsessive Writer: You understand that writing is thinking. You hate fluff, buzzwords, and long paragraphs. You can write a cold email that actually gets a reply.
- You are "Smart" (Analytical): You don't just rely on intuition. You look at user adoption metrics and funnel drop-offs to inform what you write and how you position the product.
- High Empathy: You can put yourself in the shoes of a stressed-out Talent Acquisition leader and understand exactly what keeps them up at night.
- High Agency: You don't wait for a perfectly formatted task list. If a product page looks weak, you rewrite it and present the solution.
