- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Support product marketing initiatives as directed by the product marketing manager
- Develop persuasive, effective and visually appealing presentations for various studies
- Proactively support ongoing profit improvement and complexity reduction efforts
- Lead or support special market or product studies as necessary
- Future vehicle product needs and customer requirements, including use of Ford Global research tools
- Identifying regional markets where new products will be sold, including the integration of regional market ‘wants’ into program assumptions
- Assignments may include competitive analysis, pricing analysis, and drafting of market equation papers
- Assist the product marketing manager in guiding and coordinating local product actions and market equations through the approval process
- Support the product marketing manager in developing & obtaining consensus within MS&S
- Nameplate Brand Positioning: Target customers, Product Benefits, Personality/Image, Pricing Strategy
- Detailed order guide with feature mixes by market
- Market equation development, including market commitments to appropriate volume and revenue
- Responsible for being the single point of contact for mix, rates, volumes, sales, order guides, and PDLs for the product
- A marketing or business degree is preferred
- 8+ years in related area
- Marketing (product or consumer) experience is preferred
