We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Marketer with strong expertise in SEO, performance marketing, product communication, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS products, understand consumer-style B2B marketing approaches, and be comfortable leading a team while working cross-functionally across product, sales, and content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Create and manage SEO strategies to improve organic growth and search rankings.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, social, and product channels.
• Drive lead generation by optimizing funnels, landing pages, CTAs, and conversion journeys.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Apply D2C-style consumer thinking to build user-centric, relatable marketing communication.
• Work closely with product teams for GTM planning, feature launches, and product adoption initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify gaps and new opportunities.
Create or collaborate on marketing assets like blogs, case studies, product pages, and landing pages.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance and product marketing KPIs.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, lead flow, and conversion rates.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a small marketing team to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and explore new channels, tools, and strategies for product growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation workflows.
- Proven experience working with SaaS, or tech-based products.
- Previous experience in Product Led Growth
- Ability to translate complex product features into simple, outcome-driven messaging.
- Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of marketing metrics and attribution.
- Experience handling or mentoring a small marketing team.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mixpanel, Notion, Zapier, etc.
- Experience with product-led growth activities.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
