About the Role
As a Product Market Analyst Intern, you will work at the intersection of market intelligence, product strategy, and business growth. You will contribute real insights that influence product and sales decisions, support go-to-market execution, and gain direct exposure to how an enterprise AI company competes and scales. You will work closely with the founding team this is not a passive research role.
Responsibilities
- Research enterprise AI, SaaS, and workflow automation markets across many sectors.
- Monitor competitors tracking products, pricing, messaging, and go to market moves
- Build and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and detailed buyer personas
- Conduct primary research through outreach, interviews, and surveys with enterprise buyers
- Assist in crafting product positioning statements and value proposition frameworks
- Support go to market planning for new feature launches and vertical market entries
- Create sales enablement materials one pagers, battle cards, and segment specific messaging
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for enterprise decision makers
- Research enterprise SaaS pricing models and benchmark Axension AI's market positioning
- Track and report key market metrics and prepare insights reports for leadership
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, sales, and content teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Commercially minded — you think in terms of markets, buyers, and business outcomes
- Genuinely curious about AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology
- Prior exposure to market research, consulting, or product marketing is a plus not required
