The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who brings strong product thinking, user-centric mindset, and the ability to think through end-to-end product building. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions
What You’ll Do
Product & UX
- Define and improve user journeys, flows, and usability
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with UX designers on intuitive experiences
- Continuously improve product based on user feedback and data
Stakeholder & Delivery
- Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders
- Identify gaps and bring clarity to problem statements
- Coordinate with UX, Engineering, and Business teams
- Support end-to-end feature delivery
Execution & Problem Solving
- Break down problems into structured solutions
- Balance user needs with business and technical constraints
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and prioritization
Must-Have Skills
- Background in UX Design / Product UX
- Strong understanding of user flows and usability
- Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Exposure to stakeholder communication & requirement gathering
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership mindset
Good to Have
- Experience with AI tools/workflows
- Exposure to SaaS or platform thinking
- Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Claude, or similar tools
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years experience in:
- Associate PM / Junior PM roles
- UX/Product Design roles
- Digital product or consulting environments
- Experience working on web platforms or applications
