We are hiring for a high-impact Product role with a fast-scaling fintech / payments platform.
This is a "builder" role - ideal for someone who has actually shipped payment products, not just managed them.
What you will do:
- Own 0→1 and scale journeys across UPI and digital payments
- Build products like UPI Autopay, Credit on UPI, multi-bank settlement flows
- Write detailed PRDs, define API flows, edge cases, and system logic
- Work closely with engineering on architecture, latency, and success rates
- Drive integrations with banks, NPCI rails, and ecosystem partners
- Ensure compliance with RBI / NPCI guidelines
- Take product from concept → launch → scale
What we are looking for:
- 5–10 years in Product Management (Payments / BFSI)
- Strong hands-on experience in UPI / IMPS / BBPS / Wallets
- Built at least one fintech product from scratch (v1.0 ownership)
- Comfortable with APIs, system design discussions, and data analysis
- Strong ownership mindset - thrives in ambiguity
