Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager Product Owner, or Project Manager in a product-based company.
- Strong experience in end-to-end product ownership, not just requirement documentation.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
- Strong understanding of product thinking, user journeys, and UX fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to confirm and validate designs.
- Solid exposure to competitor and market analysis for product decision-making.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar.
