Job details:
PRYM Group is building a full-stack agri-drone ecosystem in India. PRYM Aerospace designs and manufactures agricultural drones. PRYM Solutions (Salam Kisan) delivers drone-based crop services to farmers through a network of trained operators and partners. PRYM Drone School of Excellence, a DGCA-approved RPTO, trains the pilots who fly them.
We're hiring a Product Manager to own every cross-group product and platform at PRYM. You'll sit in the Founder's Office, work directly with the CEO, and lead a product and engineering team of 10–15. This is a product leader who is also an engineer. You set the roadmap, and you also make the architecture calls, review the work, and get it shipped. You'll own the whole digital tech build for the group.
Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point ), on-site, with field visits to our operations
Reports to: CEO
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
Products for farmers, drone operators and pilots, channel partners, enterprise customers and our internal teams. Over time this extends to PRYM's manufacturing, training and wider business ecosystem. Every product decision ties back to revenue, operational efficiency, customer adoption and scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for all cross-group products and platforms
- Own the tech: architecture, stack choices, build-vs-buy, code quality, security and uptime. Stay hands-on with system design and code review
- Take ideas from opportunity to validated MVP to systems that scale
- Put AI at the core of what we build (advisory, voice and vernacular interfaces, ops forecasting, automation) and lead AI initiatives from discovery to launch
- Run the team AI-native, using AI coding tools, agents and automated testing as the default way of building
- Build for Tier 2 and Tier 3 India: vernacular, voice-first, offline-capable, designed for users with limited digital experience
- Act as Product Owner and Business Analyst. Translate business goals into clear requirements and drive delivery with engineering, QA and design
- Work with business, operations, enterprise customers and external partners to scope integrations and new revenue streams
- Use data to measure impact and guide prioritisation
- Hire, lead and grow a 15–20 member product and tech team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years building technology products, including real time as a hands-on software engineer
- Strong engineering foundation. You can design systems, read and review code, and make architecture decisions
- AI-powered products shipped to real users in production (LLMs, ML, computer vision or speech), not just prototypes
- AI-native in how you work, with AI coding tools and agents part of your daily workflow
- Products built and scaled for Tier 2 and Tier 3 users in India
- A track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and then scaling them, across platforms, B2B/B2C, marketplaces or SaaS
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15–20, including leads who manage their own people
- Commercial ownership. You have connected product decisions to revenue, efficiency and adoption
- Strong fundamentals in discovery, prioritisation, documentation and agile delivery
- Comfort working closely with founders in a fast-paced startup
GOOD TO HAVE
- Agri-tech or rural-tech experience
- Exposure to drones, IoT, telemetry or geospatial data
- Experience building field-operations, workforce or marketplace products
- Prior experience as a founding engineer, Head of Engineering or startup CTO
- Marathi or Hindi, for working closely with our farmer and operator users
- An MBA
