About the RoleExperience: 2–3 Years

We’re looking for a high-agency product builder who can operate at the intersection of fintech, AI, and SaaS.

This is a 0→1 and 1→N role — you’ll help shape core product experiences, build intelligent features, and drive measurable outcomes for customers managing real money and real decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem discovery to launch and iteration
• Translate financial workflows and business problems into scalable product solutions
• Work closely with engineering to define robust, secure, and scalable architectures
• Build and evolve the product roadmap aligned with company vision and customer needs
• Design and ship AI-powered features (cashflow forecasting, anomaly detection, automation, insights)
• Work with data to drive product decisions and measure impact
• Collaborate with design to create clean, intuitive, and high-trust financial experiences
• Engage with customers to deeply understand pain points in finance and operations
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across product, tech, and business

• Strong interest in fintech and AI, with curiosity to understand financial workflows, cashflow dynamics, and automation opportunities

• Ability to simplify complex financial and technical concepts into intuitive product experiences

Core Skills & ExperienceProduct & Execution

• 2–3 years of experience in a product-based / SaaS company
• Strong fundamentals in product management, Agile, and execution
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product specs
• Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and product analytics

Technical & AI Exposure

• Ability to work closely with engineering and understand system design at a high level
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered features (forecasting, automation, recommendation systems)
• Familiarity with GenAI / LLM-based workflows is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial operations products
• Exposure to cashflow, accounting systems, or ERP integrations
• Startup experience (0→1 or early-stage product building)
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude
• Technical background (Engineering preferred)
