Role Description
Luna Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the product life cycle of PLC systems. The role involves conducting market research, defining product requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring successful product launches. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, meet customer needs, and align products with the organization’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of product management, product lifecycle management, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, hardware selection, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, robotics, and control systems.
- Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Background in electrical, electronics, or automation engineering is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in industrial automation or a related domain.
