About the Role
Product Manager – NRI Business will play a strategic role in driving digital customer acquisition and onboarding for the premium non-resident customer segment. Reporting to the Acquisition and Activation Lead, the role will be responsible for crafting acquisition strategies, optimizing customer experience (CX), and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve key business metrics. Based in Mumbai, this role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess customer behaviour and market trends using analytics to identify and implement innovative acquisition strategies.
- Continuously evaluate the acquisition funnel, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and execute end-to-end product strategies.
- Collaborate with Channel, Digital, Engineering, Applications, and other stakeholders to build and manage acquisition journeys that meet business objectives.
- Lead conversion rate optimization efforts to enhance customer acquisition.
- Incorporate customer and business feedback into acquisition strategies, balancing trade-offs and conflicting priorities.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Analyze competitors, global industry leaders, and fintech’s to identify gaps in the current acquisition journey.
- Stay updated on the latest innovations, digital disruptions, and emerging trends to enhance customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital product management, customer acquisition, or CX optimization, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing digital onboarding journeys.
Skills and Attributes
