Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive a SaaS platform end-to-end in a high-volume, process-driven environment. The role involves product ownership, agile delivery, and driving automation/AI-led improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end delivery
- Manage sprints, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Translate business needs into product features and user stories
- Drive process optimization, automation, and AI initiatives
- Act as SPOC for stakeholders during US shift
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in Product Management (SaaS preferred)
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Hands-on with product + project execution
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflows
- Comfortable working in US night shift
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume or process-driven platforms
- Exposure to automation / AI-driven solutions
