Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the roadmap for mortgage products, enhancing digital customer experiences.
- Digital Transformation: Utilize AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline loan processes and reduce turn-around time (TAT).
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with risk, sales, technology, and operations teams to launch features and improve user journeys.
- Partnership Management: Build and manage B2B2C product stacks for partner distribution.
- Analytics & UX: Leverage analytics to enhance customer satisfaction (NPS) and conversion rates, and build functioning prototypes. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 2–7 years of experience in product management, specifically within lending.
- Domain Expertise: Must have experience in digital customer journeys, preferably in mortgage or LAP.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and understanding of API-based ecosystems is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science; MBA is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset. [1, 2, 3]
