Job Summary
The LEO satellite Product Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management of LEO satellite products and services, including strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that LEO satellite solutions meet market demand, align with business objectives, and generate revenue growth.
The LEO satellite Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams including Network, CX, sales, marketing, and SCM to design competitive enterprise solutions
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer satellite and digital transformation goals.
- Identify market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize product initiatives

Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of LEO satellite products from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and service features.
- Collaborate with Network and technical teams to ensure successful product development and deployment.
- LEO satellite product portfolio performance
- Revenue growth and profitability of LEO satellite services
- Product lifecycle decisions (launch, enhancement, retirement)
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging technologies and customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product performance and usability.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Product pricing and commercial models
- Customer adoption and product satisfaction
- Vendor and partner solution selection
Commercial Management
- Define pricing strategies and revenue models for LEO satellite products.
- Support sales teams with product positioning, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Analyze KPIs and implement product improvements.
- Manage product lifecycle updates including upgrades, enhancements, or retirement.
- Revenue growth and profitability of LEO satellite services
Dimensions
Financial – The LEO satellite Product Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the assigned LEO satellite product portfolio.
People Management - The LEO satellite Product Manager typically operates in a cross-functional leadership role
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in ICT, telecom, or technology product management
- Experience in enterprise solutions such as GEO/MEO/LEO satellite connectivity, and managed services
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Exposure to telecommunications or digital services industry preferred
- Broad technical knowledge of managed data networks and associated services including GEO/MEO/LEO satellite
- Strong communications skills, particularly related to articulating product strategy and commercial solution to both internal and customer management and decision makers.
