About the Team
A fast-paced, high-ownership product team focused on building scalable products that power Tribe's consumer products. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to solve complex problems through clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
About the Role
As a Product Manager (Intern) at Tribe, you will champion the voice of the customer and drive the development of innovative solutions, aiming to solve gaming for Indians. You will facilitate end-to-end management of your product area, from conception through launch and beyond. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer requirements through detailed market research, user testing, and data analysis. You will facilitate initiatives, define and analyze critical metrics to gauge product success, and work alongside cross-functional team including engineering, design, and more, to achieve outstanding product outcomes. Your role demands a basic foundation in technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design
- Demonstrated empathy towards the needs, concerns, and experiences of end-users.
- Strong foundation in technology and basic product thinking.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions that lead to successful business outcomes.
- Ownership mindset with a high drive for achieving excellence and winning in the market.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
