Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Manager Intern to drive app growth, engagement, and retention. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across the user funnel
- Analyze user behavior, drop-offs, and engagement metrics
- Improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows
- Work closely with marketing, tech, and operations teams
- Run experiments (A/B testing) to improve key KPIs
- Optimize host lifecycle (onboarding → engagement → retention)
Requirements
- Graduates only
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of product metrics (retention, funnel, conversion)
- Ability to convert insights into execution
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Bonus Skills
- Experience in product/growth/startup roles
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and similar data analysis tools
- Understanding of UX and user behavior
