Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager for the Interior Architecture Design domain. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Product Manager will oversee the development and improvement of course content, manage end-to-end program execution, collaborate with instructors to ensure delivery aligned with industry standards, and lead efforts to introduce innovative and practical training modules. Additional responsibilities include market research, curriculum enhancement, and coordinating workshops to elevate students' practical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of interior design and architecture concepts, including design trends, tools, materials, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or similar tools.
- Strong interest or experience in curriculum design, course development, and academic content planning.
- Ability to coordinate and manage academic activities, workshops, events, and centre-level implementation.
- Good understanding of product management, project coordination, and course delivery planning.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis to improve course offerings will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with educators, students, centre teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills for planning and executing workshops, events, and training programs.
- Willingness to travel to different centres when required.
- Leadership ability and experience in managing creative or educational projects will be preferred.
- Passion for interior design, architecture, education, mentoring, and training aspiring designers.
