Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of new innovative risk solutions for clients.
- Assist in building and refining the AI-powered client tool, including data inputs, testing, and client adoption.
- Coordinate with internal teams, underwriters, and clients to ensure smooth execution of various products and insurance tools.
- Manage stakeholder expectations with clear, professional communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic analysis to support sales and growth initiatives.
- Provide support on strategy & growth projects across other business verticals.
- Working with subject matter experts and develop solutions
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in Insurance / financial services / banking / consulting / fintech.
- Prior experience in product development role in Fintech/ Insurtech would be an advantage
- Experience in stakeholder management and professional client interaction.
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; comfort with CRMs and digital tools.
- Ability to operate in complex environment
- Based in Gurugram / NCR.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in insurance (underwriting support).
- Exposure to insurance sales / business development.
- Experience working in a startup/fast-paced environment.
