🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Manager – Implementation (Lending Systems)
📍 Location: Chembur, Mumbai
🧠 Experience: 2–5 years
🏦 Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Banking
We’re looking for someone who can drive execution, not just strategy.
This is a Product Implementation role focused on building and scaling our core lending stack — specifically LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System). You’ll work closely with internal teams (Credit, Ops, Risk, Sales) and own execution through external vendors. No in-house dev team — so your ability to drive outcomes through coordination and clarity is critical.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation (BRDs/FRDs, workflows)
- Drive end-to-end LOS & LMS implementation from scratch
- Coordinate with vendors for integrations, delivery, and go-live
- Lead UAT and ensure smooth rollout
- Own system enhancements, issue resolution, and performance
- Manage vendors and ensure SLAs are met
✅ What You Need
- Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle (origination → collections)
- Experience in LAP / Vehicle Loans (mandatory)
- Hands-on exposure to LOS/LMS implementation
- Experience managing outsourced vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy setup
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and lending regulations
