• Initial 2 weeks onboarding in Trivandrum
• Post onboarding, work from Delhi
• Travel to Trivandrum required as needed

Role Overview



The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.



Key Skills & Requirements

• Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
• Good understanding of system architecture (APIs, databases, and mobile applications)
• Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or social sector programs (preferred)
