Product Manager | Mumbai | Full-Time | 4–8 Years
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of user-centric products that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and user needs.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver features on time.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise backlog using frameworks like RICE, ICE, or MoSCoW.
- Track product KPIs, analyse data, and iterate based on insights.
- Lead GTM planning and manage cross-functional launches.
- Communicate product progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Proven experience launching B2B or B2C products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Linear.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
- Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- MBA preferred; engineering background is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, wealth-tech, or fund administration.
- Familiarity with SEBI/RBI or APAC regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing junior PMs or product analysts.
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features.
