Job Title: Associate Product Manager/ Manager – Fintech (Payments)
Experience: 3-7 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager with strong experience in the fintech and payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end product execution, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive scalable, compliant, and customer-centric payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and company objectives
- Translate product vision and strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes
- Drive complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies and trade-offs
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, risk, and business teams to deliver high-quality products
- Stay up to date with RBI, NPCI guidelines, and industry standards, ensuring products remain compliant at all times
- Use a data-driven mindset to define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify problems, break down ambiguity, and apply strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to deliver impactful solutions
- Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product goals, progress, and impact to internal stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Strong experience working on payments products such as UPI, Cards, BBPS, or similar payment systems
- Excellent communication skills and vibe —able to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
