Product Manager — Data & Reporting
We are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge business, product, data, and reporting teams to drive actionable insights, operational visibility, and scalable reporting systems across platforms and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for data, dashboards, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Work closely with business, engineering, BI, analytics, and reporting teams to define requirements and priorities.
- Translate business problems into structured data requirements, KPIs, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
- Define and manage product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and reporting logic.
- Drive executive dashboards, operational reporting, product analytics, and data governance initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and reporting quality across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve decision-making through data.
- Monitor adoption, usage metrics, reporting effectiveness, and operational performance indicators.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between product, engineering, CRM, LMS, analytics, and operations teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of product management, analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Experience working with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Ability to work with data teams on SQL, data models, APIs, integrations, and reporting pipelines.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex requirements into structured execution plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Preferred
- Experience with LMS, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, Power BI, Dynamics, Azure, or analytics platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, or operational intelligence platforms.
