The Product Management function defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platforms and capabilities that deliver customer value and enable business outcomes. By partnering closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams, the function drives outcome focused product discovery and delivery, balances innovation with platform stability, and ensures disciplined prioritization and governance. The team applies modern product management practices, customer centric thinking, and data informed decision making to deliver scalable, high impact digital products across the enterprise.
The Product Manager owns end to end product delivery for assigned products, platforms, or workflows, ensuring our mobile, desktop, and app platforms deliver exceptional digital experiences while aligning product strategy, discovery, and execution with defined business outcomes, customer needs, and governance requirements. The role enables predictable, high quality product outcomes by owning product backlogs and priorities, driving day to day execution, coordinating with cross functional partners, and delivering scalable, reliable product capabilities from concept through launch in line with organizational product management standards.
Functional Responsibilities
· Own delivery of assigned product features and capabilities by managing product discovery,
backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance, using approved product practices, tools,
templates, and quality checks.
· Maintain audit ready product documentation, including product requirements, user stories,
acceptance criteria, roadmap artifacts, and outcome metrics, in line with product governance and
lifecycle expectations.
· Coordinate closely with engineering, design, data, QA, platform, and business partners to secure
inputs, clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure cohesive and scalable product
delivery.
· Ensure readiness for execution by confirming availability of required inputs, design artifacts,
technical dependencies, environment readiness, and stakeholder approvals; maintain regular
status updates, checkpoints, and delivery tracking to enable on time and reliable product
outcomes.
People Responsibilities
· Support and guide UX designers, junior Product Managers, in day-to-day product activities,
ensuring adherence to defined product practices, prioritization discipline, documentation standards,
and outcome focused execution.
· Build effective working relationships with engineering, design, data, QA, and business partners to
align on product priorities, delivery expectations, dependencies, and timelines, enabling clear
communication and smooth end to end product delivery.

Professional Experience and Relevant Skills
· 4 - 9 years of experience owning and delivering digital product capabilities within enterprise or
large-scale product environments, including end to end responsibility for product backlogs, feature
delivery, and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle from conception through launch
and iteration.
· Strong ability to apply defined product management practices, prioritization frameworks, delivery
processes, governance standards, and Agile methodologies to deliver reliable, scalable product
features and enhancements.
· Experience collaborating closely with cross functional teams including engineering, design, data,
QA, operations, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and
align delivery expectations across mobile, desktop, and app platforms.
· Working knowledge of product governance, quality, and documentation practices, including well-
structured product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmap artifacts, and outcome
tracking.
· Familiarity with product and delivery tracking tools, Agile planning and execution systems, sprint or
milestone checkpoints, dependency management, and regular status reporting to support
predictable delivery across small to mid-scale product initiatives.
· Experience working within relevant industry domains (e.g., B2B, supply chain, office supplies, or
adjacent enterprise ecosystems), enabling faster domain understanding and informed product
decision making.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
· Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field.
· Preferred: Foundational or practitioner-level certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) or product management certifications (e.g., AIPMM Certified Product Manager)
