Job Title: Product Manager (Colours & Urethane Additives) for Saan Global Ltd – Global
Location: Noida
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of product management in the field of polyurethanes for our company. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify and manage product opportunities, develop product requirements, and ensure that product launches are successful.
Job Description
· Drive the product development & management process from ideation to launch, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
· Work closely with Principals, Regional Sales Representatives, and other cross-functional teams to develop product requirements that meets company’s overall strategy, customer needs and expectations.
· Collaborate with principals and other departments to identify new product opportunities and to ensure that product development aligns with overall company goals.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
· Work closely with finance and legal teams to negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts including with principals.
· Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans to achieve those goals.
· Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks that align with the company's overall strategy.
· Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
· Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and to make data-driven decisions about future product development.
· Regular reporting to internal stakeholders and principals on sales, trends and opportunities.
· Manage product lifecycles and make recommendations for product enhancements and discontinuations as appropriate.
- Generate leads for bringing in new customers and building commercial relationships.
- Evaluate opportunities to sell in the new industry segments and thereby do the necessary research and understand the application of the product portfolio.
- Manage the relationships with all customers and key accounts in multiple locations including their end-to-end support needs.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to the management.
- Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning and introduce product innovations.
- Seek and Deliver Cross-functional team support for smooth functioning and ensuring delivery on time and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up for payments/advance and ensure timely recovery of payments due.
- Visiting key customers with suppliers/principals for technical discussion/visits.
- Maintaining data, MIS, hands-on sales force, and SAP.

Qualifications:
- Age: 32 to 38 years
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Annual CTC: 8 to 12 LPA
- Location: Corporate office at Sector 62, Noida
- Education: MSc / BSc / preferably B.E chemicals with MBA in Marketing
