🚀 Hiring Alert | Product Manager – Chatbot | Mumbai (WFO)
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Chatbot to lead and scale conversational experiences across digital channels.
📍 Location: Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Background: Fintech / Startup preferred
🎓 Candidates from Tier 1 colleges will be strongly preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end chatbot journeys across App, WhatsApp & Google Business Messaging
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for conversational AI
• Identify and launch new digital banking use cases (assets & liabilities)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Ops)
• Optimize customer journeys using data, insights, and CDP
• Manage vendors, UAT, releases, and performance tracking
• Define and monitor chatbot KPIs (engagement, resolution, CSAT)
• Continuously enhance CX and drive adoption
🎯 Ideal Profile:
• Strong product mindset with experience in chatbot / conversational AI
• Exposure to fintech, banking, or digital platforms
• Data-driven with strong stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on with product lifecycle, UAT, and vendor management
