In This Role, You’re Expected To
- Maintaining operational and credit risk controls over sanctioned and disbursed portfolio by effectively applying monitoring tools.
- Monitoring portfolio to assess delinquency trends across various locations, profiles, programs, products, other parameters.
- Analyzing trends regularly to understand overall portfolio behaviour and also reasons for defaults by individual customers/ segments and accordingly suggesting appropriate modifications in policy, programs etc. based on trends observed.
- Competition benchmarking (peers and industry level) and tracking portfolio trends which will help in improving product and policy framework.
- Maintaining, enhancing and managing the Early Warning System (EWS) mechanism.
- Designing and developing various portfolio decks for the monitoring of portfolio – delinquency, repayment and outstanding segment wise, disbursements and sanctions across various critical parameters and demography.
- Deriving and highlighting analytical insights from the portfolio monitoring to senior management and stakeholders in order to augment policy decisions across various parameters like demography, customer segments, industry, etc.
- Planning, developing and executing reporting activities that would help in managing the credit perspective through various analytical approaches
- Preparing review notes and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Handling internal and regulatory audit which includes circulating and highlighting summary findings to senior management
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders for arranging data availability for effective review and monitoring purposes
- Hind-sighting of credit policy implementation
- Training to front-line team
- Portfolio house- keeping
- Complaint management /resolution providing to ground team related to all program and guidelines
- Business development and lifecycle management of RMs including driving knowledge management & KPI driving for SME segment teams
