About The Role
We're looking for a highly customer-centric and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to own strategic product initiatives across the Verloop platform. You will work closely with
Engineering, Design, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to build products that solve real customer problems while driving business growth.
The ideal candidate has experience building B2B SaaS products, excels at balancing customer needs with business priorities, and enjoys operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product areas.
- Conduct customer research to deeply understand user pain points, workflows, and market opportunities.
- Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and well-defined user stories.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define success metrics and continuously measure product performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Drive Agile product development, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver intelligent automation and conversational AI capabilities.
- Work with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to influence product strategy.
- Coordinate successful product launches by partnering with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business impact after launch, iterating based on data.
- Mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years managing B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and SaaS product development.
- Proven experience owning products from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively using customer insights, business goals, and data.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building Conversational AI, Customer Support, CRM, Contact Center, or Automation products.
- Experience working with AI/LLM-powered products.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar.
- Experience launching enterprise-grade products serving global customers.

During the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

- Improve customer adoption and product engagement.
- Drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Partner effectively across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales.
