Vedantu is looking for a Program–Product Manager to drive execution across our EPDA (Engineering, Product, Design & Analytics) organization.

Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of AI products and revenue systems. You will own the automation and intelligence layer that powers lead qualification, routing, and conversion across Vedantu's sales funnel. Beyond the core systems, you will also run experiments to improve conversion at every funnel stage — from first bot interaction to enrolment. This is a hands-on role — you will work directly with the tech, the CRM stack, and the sales team to build systems that are fast, intelligent, and measurable.
What You'll Own
- AI Voice & chat - Own conversation flows, intent design, architecture, escalation logic, and quality. Work with stakeholders to ship, iterate, and drive conversion.
- Lead lifecycle & routing — Own multi-signal lead qualification, scoring, and distribution logic. Reduce leakage, improve routing accuracy, and cut time-to-first-contact.
- Automation & engagement — Build the automation layer — bot follow-ups, smart scheduling, and multi-channel activations that reduce manual effort.
- Growth experimentation — Run rapid experiments across the funnel with engineering, marketing, and business. Own the metrics, iterate fast, and ship what works.
- CRM & integrations — Own LeadSquared configuration, workflows, and integrations across telephony, marketing platforms, payment systems, and internal tools.
- Funnel intelligence — Define real-time dashboards tracking latency, routing effectiveness, capacity utilisation, and conversion health. Own the metrics leadership acts on.
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience building voice bots or conversational AI products — from conversation design and intent flows to integration and deployment. Experience with LLMs or intelligent automation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LeadSquared or a similar CRM — workflows, routing rules, and automation sequences ideally at meaningful scale (think millions, not hundreds).
- Demonstrable funnel understanding — ability to identify leakages, diagnose drop-offs, and connect product decisions to funnel outcomes.
- Strong product discovery skills — user research, experimentation design, prioritisation frameworks, and iterative validation.
- Comfortable reading API docs, working with engineers on integration logic, and writing crisp PRDs.
- SQL fluency or strong data tool comfort — you build dashboards and interpret experiments, not just consume reports.
- 1–4 years of product management experience with clear ownership of strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in edtech or B2C.
- Hands-on with MoEngage, WebEngage, Exotel, or similar stacks.
- Experience building or optimising lead scoring models, incentive systems, or performance management products.
- Exposure to automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, make.com, or internal iPaaS tools.
