Turing is looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to lead critical product areas across our talent, marketplace, vetting, and platform ecosystem. This person will step into a high-ownership role and should be able to combine strong product judgment, design taste, data-driven decision making, technical fluency, and structured business thinking.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of user experience, systems thinking, analytics, and execution — someone who is equally comfortable shaping product direction, defining elegant user experiences, and driving cross-functional delivery in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll own
You will lead product strategy and execution across some of Turing’s most important platform surfaces, including areas such as:
- Talent discovery, search, and matching
- Talent onboarding and profile quality
- Vetting, trust, and integrity systems
- Marketplace workflows and hiring manager experience
- Internal platforms and operational tooling
- Cross-functional product initiatives spanning product, engineering, design, data, and operations
What you’ll do
- Own roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a core product area
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product plans, clear requirements, and strong execution
- Drive product development with a sharp eye for user experience, workflow design, and quality
- Use data deeply to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, prioritize investments, and measure impact
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly
- Balance short-term execution with long-term product and platform thinking
- Build scalable systems and experiences, not just one-off features
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of prior software engineering, Data Science, or Design experience
- Strong product sense with excellent design and UX judgment
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, and user insights to drive decisions
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong structured thinking and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional problems
- High ownership, urgency, and a strong bias for execution
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a similarly rigorous discipline, ideally from a top-tier institution such as IIT or equivalent globally recognized universities
- MBA from a top-tier university is a plus, but not required
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, marketplace, platform, workflow, onboarding, trust/safety, search, matching, or AI-enabled products
- Strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams to ship polished, high-quality user experiences
