We are looking for an early-career Product Manager who brings both product thinking and technical depth — someone who started their career as a software engineer and now wants to build meaningful AI-driven products in a high-impact domain.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience in a product-based, SaaS, or AI-driven company, and 1–2 years of prior experience as a Software Engineer.

This is a hands-on product role ideal for someone who:

• Understands how software is built
• Can translate customer needs into clear product requirements
• Is comfortable working with engineering teams at a technical level
• Is excited about AI-enabled workflows and automation
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Clinical/Operations stakeholders to ship scalable, intelligent features that improve user efficiency and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Partner with leadership to define product priorities and roadmap
• Conduct user interviews and gather feedback from clinical and operations teams
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities
• Identify areas where AI and automation can meaningfully improve workflows

Product Execution

• Write clear, structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering during sprint cycles
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retros
• Ensure on-time, high-quality feature delivery

Technical Collaboration

• Engage deeply in architecture discussions
• Evaluate trade-offs with engineering teams
• Use your prior engineering experience to anticipate implementation challenges
• Review APIs, workflows, and system dependencies at a conceptual level

AI & Automation

• Collaborate on AI-driven feature design (e.g., document classification, metadata extraction, workflow automation)
• Help define model evaluation metrics and product success criteria
• Bridge product goals with ML/AI capabilities

Metrics & Optimization

• Define success metrics (adoption, usage, efficiency gains)
• Analyze user behavior and iterate based on data
• Continuously refine the roadmap based on measurable impact

Required Experience

• 1–3 years of Product Management experience in a product-based, SaaS, or AI company
• 1–2 years of prior experience as a Software Engineer (first job preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
• Experience writing detailed user stories and working in tools like Jira, Linear, or similar
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI/ML-enabled products
• Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Experience with APIs, backend systems, or cloud-native environments
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis tools
• Startup experience
