Job Title: Product Manager / Product Specialist (IT & Digital Devices)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Specialist to manage and drive the growth of digital devices business owning the business plan completely namely product planning, supporting sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of IT products and digital devices from planning to execution
- Work closely with OEMs and vendors to manage product portfolio
- Define product strategy, pricing, and positioning in the market
- Support sales teams with product training, demos, and technical inputs
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with marketing for product campaigns and promotions
- Drive product performance, revenue, and profitability
- Maintain product documentation, specifications, and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Specialist role (IT hardware / digital devices)
- Strong understanding of IT products (laptops, desktops, mobility devices, peripherals, etc.)
- Experience working with OEMs and channel partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with brands like HP, Dell, Apple, or Lenovo.
- Understanding of B2B / enterprise sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and product analytics
