Product Manager - AI-Native Recruiting Platform

Oorwin is transforming into an AI-native recruiting platform built for modern talent acquisition teams. Our goal is to move beyond traditional ATS workflows and build intelligent, agent-driven recruiting experiences that help enterprises hire faster, improve recruiter productivity, and deliver better candidate engagement.
We are looking for a strong Product Manager who can help drive this transformation and work closely with engineering, AI, design, sales, and customer teams to build high-impact SaaS products.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Oorwin, you will own key product areas in our AI-native recruitment platform. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product strategy, prioritizing features, writing clear requirements, and working with engineering teams to deliver fast, iterative releases. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B SaaS product experience, a good understanding of enterprise customers, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable product solutions. HR Tech or recruitment platform experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and execution for assigned modules within Oorwin’s recruiting platform.
- Work on AI-first product capabilities such as recruiter agents, candidate matching, job intake automation, sourcing agents, screening agents, interview workflows, candidate engagement, analytics, and workflow automation.
- Translate business goals, customer feedback, sales inputs, and market trends into clear product requirements.
- Write detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, QA, AI/ML teams, and leadership to build, test, release, and improve features.
- Drive fast product iterations with a focus on short-term revenue impact and long-term platform value.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer pain points, demo feedback, objections, and competitive gaps.
- Analyze usage data, adoption metrics, customer feedback, and product performance to continuously improve the platform.
- Study competitors and market leaders in HR Tech, ATS, CRM, AI recruiting, and enterprise SaaS to identify opportunities.
- Support product launches with positioning, internal enablement, demos, documentation, and go-to-market inputs.
Required Experience
- 4-8 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong experience building SaaS products for enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Ability to work with engineering teams and convert product ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, release planning, and agile execution.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, dashboards, automation, workflows, or AI-enabled products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and iterate based on feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to measure product success.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR Tech, ATS, CRM, recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce platforms.
- Experience building AI-powered products, copilots, agents, recommendation engines, matching systems, or automation tools.
- Understanding of recruiting workflows such as job requisitions, sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Smart Recruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
