Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Product Manager at Superfan. The Product Manager will oversee the development and management of the platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize product features, and lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch. They will be tasked with analyzing user feedback, driving improvements, and ensuring the app meets community needs. The role involves strategy formulation, project oversight, and fostering innovation to ensure the app's continued evolution.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Management experience, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and feature prioritization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and team collaboration
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and user feedback analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
- Experience in edtech, gamification, or cultural learning platforms is a plus
- Passion for African languages and cultural preservation is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
