About the Role
Starus Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. This is not just an office-based desk job; we are looking for a "Field-First" strategist. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our unique pharmaceutical molecules and the healthcare professionals who need them.
You will spend significant time in the field, meeting doctors, understanding market trends, and ensuring our chronic disease management solutions are the top choice for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies for our unique molecular combinations and chronic care portfolio.
- Field Engagement: Regularly visit clinics and hospitals to gather first-hand market feedback and build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Product Launch: Lead the end-to-end launch of new products, from scientific positioning.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep Starus at the forefront of the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable with regular field work and local travel to meet doctors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present scientific data effectively.
- Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a deep interest in pharmaceutical marketing and sales growth.
