About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build Snapmint’s UPI offering from scratch and grow it into a strong user segment within our app. You’ll lead everything from defining the UPI experience to driving adoption and long-term engagement. The ideal candidate has worked on UPI products, understands the payments ecosystem deeply, and enjoys building products that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and launch the UPI experience within the Snapmint app
• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for UPI adoption and growth
• Work with PSPs, banks, and partners to design and implement integrations
• Create simple, secure, and reliable payment and repayment journeys
• Integrate Snapmint UPI in purchase and repayment journeys
• Use data to track performance, identify gaps, and improve user conversion and retention
• Collaborate with design, engineering, business, and compliance teams to ship high-quality features
• Stay updated on NPCI developments, UPI regulations, and market innovations
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payments or fintech
• Hands-on experience building or managing a UPI app or product
• Strong understanding of UPI flows, PSP integrations, mandates, and compliance frameworks
• Experience driving long-term growth and engagement of UPI users
• Analytical, execution-focused mindset with attention to detail and user experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams
Location - Bangalore (Marathahalli/ Kaadubeesanahalli)
Mode of working - Work from Office, 5 days/ week
