- Conducting regular market survey for the Products - Interacting with 100 Doctors in a month
- Creating and implementing marketing strategy for each Brand - in line with the Business Strategy for the FY.
- Launching New Products in the market as per the Business strategy.
- Ensuring marketing expenses remain within the budgetary allocations at every point.
- Preparing content for the Promotional material of each Brand - like Visual Aid, Brochures, Flyers etc., and coordinating with the Healthcare Team and the creative team to finalise the promotional material.
- Continuosly monitoring and interacting with the Sales team for successful implementation of Marketing Strategy.
- Monitoring the competitor activity in the market and providing the Health care Team and manufacturing team for new product development.
- Participating in the promotional events and campaigns on behalf of Company.
