Note - This is a remote opportunity to start with but will be shifted to a onsite role (based out of B'lore) in a month.

What you'll do
- Define product goals and roadmap for owned modules/features in alignment with business objectives
- Partner with stakeholders (business, risk/compliance, tech, UX/design, GTM) to prioritize features and deliver business outcomes.
- Lead requirement gathering, product specs, user flows, and use cases.
- Champion agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver features on time with high quality.
- Drive product releases, beta programs, and stakeholder communications.
- Measure product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback.
What you bring
- 2+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fast-moving, consumer-driven industries.
- Demonstrated ability to ship successful products end-to-end — from concept to launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed and customer-driven decisions.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, high-growth environments, with a high sense of ownership.
- Able to balance long-term product thinking with detail-oriented execution.
- Passionate about building products that improve lives and create real-world impact.
Really good to have
- Experience working with a Fintech (B2C)
- Experience working in EMEA or US markets.
