Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Product Manager who can take ownership of product initiatives, drive execution across teams, and help shape the product roadmap. The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, execution capability, and experience working closely with engineering and design teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and customers to build scalable and impactful product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product requirements, workflows, and feature specifications
- Work closely with engineering and design teams for end-to-end product execution
- Prioritize roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and operational needs
- Conduct user research and gather product insights
- Track product metrics and analyze feature performance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Drive product improvements and optimization initiatives
- Translate business problems into scalable product solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and functional requirements
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment
Good to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, freight forwarding, or operations-based products
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation platforms
- Basic understanding of UX and product analytics
- Startup or product-company experience preferred
