AI-Native Product Manager
RxMen is building India's first complete men's health ecosystem. 40,000+ consultations and growing fast. We need a PM who builds products, not just documents them.
What AI-native means to us
You use AI to move faster and think sharper, but your judgment is built on real conversations with real users, not just model outputs. You know when the output is garbage. If you have never had an uncomfortable user call that completely changed how you thought about a problem, this role is not for you yet.

– The end-to-end user experience, from first ad click to treatment completion
– Product roadmap and milestone tracking, grounded in data, not the loudest voice in the room
– Prototypes and MVPs built directly using AI and no-code tools. You show the team what you mean instead of writing it down
– New vertical launches from scratch
– Continuous improvement through user research, feedback loops, and data-driven iteration

Technical credibility
Builds, not just documents
You have spent enough time around engineering that you cannot be 2 to 4 years of PM or adjacent misled by it. You know when an estimate is padded. SDE work where you owned outcomes background or equivalent hands-on experience preferred. end to end. You can prototype directly with AI and no-code tools. Your title matters less than what you shipped.
