*Job Title:* Product Manager
*Job Summary:*
The Product Manager at RupeeQ will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and delivering high-impact fintech solutions. This role bridges business, technology, and user experience to build products that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research.
* Translate business requirements into product specifications and user stories.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for product development.
* Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
* Prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
* Track product performance and optimize based on data insights.
* Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and data security standards.
* Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.

*Skills Required:*
* Strong understanding of product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
* Knowledge of fintech, lending, or financial services ecosystem is preferred.
* Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-focused solutions.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
* Experience in fintech, BFSI, or digital product environments is preferred.
