Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and focuses on the Product Manager position. The Product Manager will oversee the development and management of innovative product portfolios, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, devising and executing product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring product performance, and driving product improvements. Additionally, the Product Manager will play a crucial role in building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring successful product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Product Management, Product Development, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Strong expertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
- Excellent skills in Cross-functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Management.
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable business objectives.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
