Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 3+ years of product management experience, including hands-on SaaS product experience, to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of key product initiatives within the Pro-Manage platform.
This role involves owning product features end-to-end, deeply understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the success of product epics and feature sets, from discovery and ideation through launch and adoption
- Act as the product evangelist and subject matter expert for assigned product areas
- Continuously analyze customer usage data, behavior, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate stated and latent customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrations toenhance product capabilities
- Define success metrics, acceptance criteria, and experimentation frameworks
- Support internal teams and customers through product training and documentation
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high product quality in a fast-paced environment
Experience, Skills& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with hands-on SaaS product experience
- Proven ability to deliver product features end-to-end—from concept to launch and optimization
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product, business, and customer needs
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and insights to guide decisions
- Solid experience in customer research and converting feedback into impactful product enhancements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for continuous learning and product excellence
