The Role
We are looking for a PM who wants to build, not manage. You will own a product segment end-to-end. That means user research, roadmap, metrics, shipping, and whatever else it takes to move the needle.
This is not a coordination role. You are not a middleman between design and engineering.
How We Work
Our PMs are hands-on. Expect to
– Run Claude Code, AI agents, and n8n workflows for research, validation, and execution
– Work inside MCPs and build your own skills for product insights, SEO, social growth, and marketing campaigns
– Trigger browser automations to test and validate product flows yourself
– Ship product explainer videos with minimal design dependency
– Build product demos, run growth experiments, and own outcomes, not just track them
What You Will Own
– Roadmap for one or more exam segments (UPSC, GRE, GMAT, IB)
– Feature definition based on user research, data, and competitive analysis
– Cross-functional execution with design, engineering, and AI teams
– Core metrics: engagement, retention, conversion

What We Are Looking For
– 1-3 years of product management experience (consumer or edtech preferred)
– Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
– Ability to ship fast in a lean team without waiting for perfect conditions
– Comfortable with AI tools, or obsessively curious about learning them
– Bonus: experience in AI products or exam prep domain knowledge
