Hiring for "Product Manager" for a leading Bank.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of SME / Business Loan products. The role involves product design, launch, portfolio monitoring, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for SME lending products.
- Develop new products and enhance existing offerings based on market needs.
- Monitor portfolio performance and coordinate with Business, Credit, and Collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Support product rollout, stakeholder communication, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and execution.
Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management within Banking/NBFC/Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of SME lending products, credit policies, and compliance.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
